Order Submittal Instructions
Once you have made your decision
on the bed you would like to purchase, follow these easy steps to submit
your order. Feel free to contact us at the email address or phone
number below if you have any questions.

Fill out the
Order Submittal Form. Be sure
to list the size and full name of the bed you want in the Item
Description and the correct price in the Amount field. All
submittals will be double checked for this information and you
will be notified if there is any change.
When
complete, click the Print button for a copy for your records
then hit the Submit button to email us your order. Since
shipping is calculated on weight and zip code, we will contact
you with that and your final total within 1 business day.

Once you have received
your final total, you can call us to pay for your order by
credit card or you can fill out and print our
Fax Purchase Form
and fax it to our office at 707-553-1729.
We will process your payment and arrange for shipment
immediately then advise you of your anticipated delivery date
via email.
